Dear Mr. Martino and Mr. Escolano,
I would like to thank your sales manager Mr. John Yu and the staff at Sisley Honda.
I usually carry a pretty hectic daily schedule and particularly so when I was approaching John for a car to replace my old one. My old car was also starting to show engine troubles however I was under a tight financial situation at the time.
It was impressive that, with John’s help, I was able to acquire comfortably a replacement with what I needed and within my budget in just a short time – a mere two days from the time I first walked into the dealership and the time I picked up a new Honda.
I vividly recall what John had spoken to his staff (outside our meeting room) about having the vehicle ready on time especially in my case since it might not be safe for me to continue driving my old car.
John continued to show his above and beyond customer service when he had arranged his company vehicle as a courtesy car to assist me during the vehicle check and maintenance visits. He also helped answering questions of my inquiries at times and hence also demonstrated his technical knowledge with vehicles.
Today I am still leading a busy life and relying a lot on the vehicle for my activities. Nevertheless, now I have a great and customer-oriented car dealership and services behind me.
The genuine cares by John and the staff at Sisley Honda exemplify their excellence in customer service.

I bought my first Honda Civic from Honda Sisley and have to say I was very impressed with the high level of service I received. Being a woman buying a car on my own could be intimidating, but your sales team Howard Hui and John Yu are a class act! They made their recommendation based on my driving patterns and needs and did not try and oversell me. They gave me a good and honest deal. I was so appreciative of them for their patience, honesty and professionalism.
Their excellent service did not stop after I bought the car. Each time I have car questions or issues, they are always there to assist me and answer all my questions. They encouraged me to bring my car for service at Honda Sisley even though there is a Honda dealership much closer to my house, by ensuring that my car is well taken care of each time I bring it in for service.
Such dedications to providing high level of service both before and after sale are exemplary. I had the pleasure of working with Dixon today and I just wanted to let you know that he is one of the best service advisors that I have worked with in a long time. He was extremely courteous, professional and he listened and acknowledged the issue that I had with my Honda Civic very promptly. I stress the word listened and acknowledged because it’s a rarity in most other car dealerships that I have been to. From the moment I spoke to Dixon to the time that my car was ready I felt 100% comfortable in dealing with him and didn’t feel like I was being for the lack of a better word “ripped off” like some other places. I have always brought my car to Sisley for service and will continue to do so knowing that you have a great team there! Two thumbs up!!!
